Finish your Sunday Funday with 30-minutes of sweet community connection via the Sunday evening grounding group meditation session. Melt away tension and allow your body and mind to rest.
6:00 PM PT
Decompress your Monday with this powerful grounding practice. We'll spend 60 minutes connecting with breath, building strength, ending with a long savasana to ease into the evening.
8:30 PM PT
The Still & Chill is a mid-week 30-minute group meditation session to help relieve stress and tension in the body. This session is perfect to help revive calm and reset for the rest of the week.
