3R-Community Meditation

1st Sunday of the month (8 PM PT)

Join the mindfully being well community the first Sunday of each month for a feel-good virtual meditation session. This 40-minute session is all about meditation practices to help you Restore, Recharge, and Realign (our version of the 3Rs!) to support your wellbeing for the month ahead!
